Startup Blueseed- A bold response to Congress’ Professional Visa limitations
Muston & Jack Attorney Gabriel Jack was recently interviewed by WIRED magazine about the Blueseed’s project to create floating IT “fortresses”. Skilled foreign workers and entrepreneurs would be admitted to live in the United States on a visitor visa. Without violating their visitor visa limitations they would commute to work in international waters on converted cruise ships. The setup would bypass the need for these workers to obtain a US professional work visa.
